2. How much does USA Direct Funding pay brokers for funded loans?

USA Direct Funding compensates brokers for their efforts in qualifying applicants, advising borrowers on product selection, gathering information and submitting loan applications and other activities related to assisting borrowers in securing a home loan. This compensation is based on funded loans, and varies by product type.

• USA Direct Funding brokers generally have a minimum of 2 years of mortgage lending experience. We are looking for committed brokers that want to benefit from partnering with us.
• In order to complete our review of your application, we require the following:
  • Resumes from management, Officers & Key Personnel
  • Quality Control policies and procedures
  • Corporate or partnership Resolution
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Copies of current Errors and omissions
  • Copies or applicable State Licenses
  • Copies of current business license
  • Completed W-9 Form
  • Contact Name, phone, fax & email.
  • Brief written history and organizational outline of company.
  • Most Recent two years Audited or Accountant prepared financial statements & profit & loss.
  • Most Recent interim financial statements.
  • Copies of FHA/VA/FMNA/FHLMD approvals
  • Limited Power of Attorney
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Consent to Fax and/or Email Form
  • Have a minimum net worth and number of years in business requirement.
  • Have broker sign a legally-binding Broker Agreement
