Meet Sarah Morrow: Your Local AE
Sarah began her career in the mortgage industry in 1998. After a few short months in an entry level position, she quickly began to develop a passion and drive to help brokers in a greater capacity. After a year of learning the process, she was promoted to an Account Executive and later became an Area Manager and then the Branch Manager.
Having served as a Branch/Regional Manager since 2007, Sarah has found where she excels most: Supporting her team and building client partnerships. Since starting at USA Direct in 2008, she has continued to expand her knowledge of the ins and outs of Wholesale lending. She enjoys learning how all departments can better work together with the end goal of providing the best loan to the borrower and the best experience for the broker.
Sarah has won numerous Service Excellence, President’s Club, Top Producer and Principle Awards. During her 10 years at GreenPoint Mortgage, she was the Top Solo Account Executive two consecutive years. Within the first year at USA Direct, she earned one of the top President’s Awards; Service Excellence.
“Equipping our clients with the tools they need to be successful and grow their business is my primary objective,” Sarah says. She continues with “Providing training in underwriting, compliance, technology, marketing and social media has become a huge part of my vision. I want our clients to have all the tools they need to be successful, grow their business and ultimately help borrowers get into their dream home.”
During her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and serving her community. Most nights and weekends are spent running her kids around to sporting events and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She loves all things sports and is a major Disney enthusiast.
